Workflow is how you accomplish a task. Do this first, this second, this third. For me, if one step takes too long, I tend to avoid the task. For example, I can quickly go through my email. I read, delete, and reply daily. However, if I received 500 emails daily, I probably would avoid replying to anyone. When I create a podcast, I make sure that each step is as quick/streamlined as it can be. I used to take too long to set up my equipment, but now I don't.

I truly do not understand what work flow means, but what I think it means is managing your time wisely on a project and finishing it on time. Is this what you mean?

I find that when I work on a project for too long of a period of time. It's usually because I don't understand how to do it and I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel. If I take time to do something else and then go back to it. I most likely will figure out what I must do and complete the project quicker than if I had spent a day trying to figure it out.
